extra virgin olive oil and then canola
yes they are interchangeable. use the olive oil for most cooking and canola for frying

There’s a new brand of oil called ENOVA oil and supposably it doesn’t get absorbed into the body as fat as much as other brands do.

For saute or pan frying I mostly use a 50/50 blend of good olive oil and canola oil, sometimes I’ll add a pat of butter for flavor. For deep frying I use peanut oil and I save the extra virgin olive oil for salads and raw presentations.

I only use olive oil and canola- canola for any baking in place of veg oil and Extra virgin first cold press olive oil for just about everything else. If I fry something like chicken I use canola

extra virgin olive oil and Canola oil are the healthiest.
