I’m going on a diet and lowering my fat grams intake. I can’t use olive or extra virgin olive oil. What is a good cooking oil that is low in fat? The price doesn’t matter to me that much.
Can you not have vitamin k? I have a friend who can’t…it sucks. I’m sorry everyone is telling you it’s great even though you said you can’t have it. People are stupid.
Anyways…there’s grapeseed oil. and flax seed oil, safflower oil, and sunflower oil are all good!!!
Coconut Oil – it is a wonderful healthy food that has been shown to increase metabolism and assist in burning unwanted fat off your body and it is also a wonder food that has been around for centuries and a great addition to any fat burning meal plan.
I highly recommend everyone use unrefined, organic coconut oil for all of your cooking needs. 1 – 2 tsps for most cooking is more than enough. You can even use it raw if you like as I think, it tastes OH SO DELICIOUS! I usually have about 2-3 total TBSPs per day which is a perfect amount for a fat burning eating plan.

I use a lot of Grapeseed oil. It has a high smoking point and is of the good fat type. If you use canola, use the cold pressed variety.

olive oil is good, but not for frying as it has a low smoking point. Canola oil is good, Walnut oil or sesame oil
