I recently bought a slow cooker w/ lots of features that I got a great deal on, but have been afraid to open it because the last thing I want is to cook lots of meat with canned soups added to it. I usually try to cook healthy using lots of veggies, lean meats, and spices for flavor. I have 3 young children and am often running around, and was wondering if anyone had success using the slow cooker to make relatively easy and healthy recipes? If so, I would be thankful for any recipes suggestions or ideas. Thanks!
So you prob. need to multi-step & put veggies in around the end so it doesn’t turn into mush? I was interested in more advice on the “how” to use the slow cooker to make healthy dishes. Thanks!
